Joyagoo QC checklist

A practical QC console for spreadsheet shoppers — QC-tagged finds first, then checklist and decide before freight. For the long read, open the QC photos blog.

B1 · Flow

How Joyagoo QC fits the order loop

01 Shortlist finds with QC

Prefer cards that advertise QC photos. Spreadsheet previews alone are not enough to ship on.

02 Open the live product

Continue from the find into Joyagoo / the live sheet path and wait for warehouse QC shots after stock-in.

03 Scan the full set

Run logos, seams, soles/hardware, and size tags. Request new angles if anything is blurry or cropped.

04 Decide inside the window

Help guidance describes roughly five days after QC to request return/exchange. Then consolidate and ship.

C1 · Why

Spreadsheet preview ≠ warehouse QC

Community sheet shots help you shortlist. Joyagoo warehouse QC photos arrive after purchase and stock-in. International freight is the expensive lock-in — QC is the last easy exit. Do not treat Discord “GL” comments as a substitute for your own eyes on the warehouse set.

  • Preview / sheet photo = marketing or community shortlist
  • Warehouse QC photo = evidence after the item reaches the agent warehouse
  • ~5-day post-QC return/exchange window (per JoyaGoo help guidance)
  • Submit parcel / Rehearsal only after keepers are decided
D1 · Checklist

What to scan on every QC set

A · LOGO

Logos & print

Edges, spacing, and color vs the reference you shortlisted.

B · SEAM

Stitching

Loose threads, crooked seams, and uneven panels.

C · SOLE

Soles & hardware

Glue marks, scuffs, zippers, buckles, and magnets.

D · TAG

Tags & size

Size tags, care labels, and packaging notes when they matter.

E · ANGLE

Ask for angles

If one shot is blurry, request another before you approve.

F · SHIP

Ship only after OK

International freight locks the decision — QC is the last easy exit.

E1 · By category

QC focus by shelf

SHOES

Shoes & sneakers

Sole glue lines, left/right asymmetry, tongue logos, toe box shape. Packaging only if you care about the box.

BAGS

Bags & backpacks

Zipper travel, hardware plating, strap stitching at stress points, interior stains or smell notes if shown.

TOPS

Clothing & hoodies

Print cracking, collar shape, sleeve length vs size tag, panel shade mismatch, loose threads at seams.

F1 · Decide

Reject, ask for angles, or accept

Reject

Reject or exchange for structural issues: wrong size tag, major logo misshape, open seams, cracked sole glue — anything you would refuse in a local store.

Ask angles

Ask for another angle when the defect zone is cropped, blurry, or missing. Do not pay outbound freight on a guess.

Accept

Accept minor dust, packing creases, or tiny thread ends if they match your risk tolerance. Perfectionism on every stitch can stall a haul forever.

FAQ

QC checklist FAQ

Where do I open Joyagoo QC photos from this checklist?

Use a QC-tagged find above, continue to the live product, and review the warehouse set before shipping. Full walkthrough: the how-to-read-QC blog.

Are spreadsheet previews the same as warehouse QC?

No. Previews shortlist. Warehouse QC decides. Details and reject/accept examples are in the QC blog.

How long after QC can I return or exchange?

JoyaGoo Help Center guidance describes roughly five days after QC completion. Act inside that window.

Should I ship before every line finishes QC?

Usually no. Finish QC (and any returns), then Submit parcel or Rehearsal.
